1. As the shocking contents of my many websites clearly show, I’m living proof that they’re more than capable of committing multiple criminal acts as well as operating multiple criminal enterprises, against an innocent victim.

2. Calgary Police Chief Rick Hanson directed Sgt Bartley of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to come after me. It was Hanson who directed Bartley to shut me up by any means possible. Bartley & Hanson then roped in Jennifer Rees of the Calgary Crown Prosecutors office.

3. Hanson and Bartley were only contacting those, that they knew, would fully participate in the crooked corrupt criminal acts, they were about to commit.

4. Could criminally minded cops, get away with this level of criminality with out the assistance of fellow like minded criminal Cohorts – Absolutely Not.

CONCLUSIVE PROOF: WHAT WE KNOW:

WE KNOW THAT there’s more than enough “sufficient evidence published and provided” to prosecute past and present Rotten Calgary Cops and others. And that prosecutions and criminal convictions would have already happened, were these individuals not being protected.

WE KNOW THAT we have their own words, their own materials, their own documents, their own e-mails, their own actions, their own correspondences, and all of the other electronic materials, documents, reports obtained via the freedom of information, such materials that damn them.

WE KNOW THAT : OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: is any conduct where the intention of that conduct is to interfere with the fair administration of justice. That this can be done by corruptly influencing, obstructing or impeding of any proceeding.

WE KNOW THAT : OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: is committed when you influence anyone by a lie, or a misleading statement, or when you with hold or destroy information. Obstruction of Justice is a very serious offence under the Criminal Code of Canada.

WE KNOW THAT in Calgary, Alberta and Canada, there are no Statute of Limitations on criminal offences committed. So why haven’t past and present Crooked Corrupt Calgary Cops & their Cohorts been criminally charged with the criminal offences they knowingly & willingly committed, ranging from 1-21 below, and more.

WE KNOW THAT their cover-ups still continue to this day. With even more criminal conduct being committed by them. All to prevent you discovering the truth about their serious criminal misconduct.

WE KNOW THAT if they had nothing to hide, they wouldn’t be playing blind deaf & dumb or smoke & mirrors, or hide & seek with the truth, or committing crooked corrupt and criminal acts. Instead they’d be open and transparent, honest and accountable.

WE KNOW THAT : PERJURY PROSECUTIONS & PRACTICAL POINTERS :

1. Before Chief Crown Prosecutor Les Grieve, became Judge Les Grieve of the Provincial Criminal Court in Calgary, he personally handed to me, a thirteen (13) page document that he had authored.

2. That document listed seven (7) elements of proof that had to be present in order for the courts to give a resounding finding of guilt, on someone who was charged with the offence of perjury.

(a). The statement is false;
(b). The statement was made under solemn affirmation or oath;
(c). The person before whom the statement was made was authorized to receive such statements;
(d). The statement was given orally, by Affidavit, or solemn declaration;
(e). The accused was specifically permitted, authorized or required by law to make that statement;
(f). The accused knew the statement was false;
(g). The accused intended to mislead.

3. Judge Grieve sole purpose in giving me that document, was to assist me in nailing the crooked corrupt cops and others. The Justice at my trial wouldn’t allow that document entered as evidence. Ironic that a sitting Justice would not allow a document authored by the past Chief Crown Prosecutor in Calgary and now a sitting Judge, to be entered into evidence.

LIARS – MEANING: people who tells lies. Notorious liars. Deceivers. Fibbers. Falsifiers. Fabricators. Tellers of lies. Tellers of untruths. Duplicitous. People who say things they know are not true. These words and many more like them, describe these very Corrupt Crooked Calgary Cops & their Cohorts, to a “T“.

WE KNOW THAT these Law Enforcement Liars have managed to keep the truth from coming out. The truth as to the extent of their vicious, vindictive, malicious, pre-meditated corrupt and crooked acts on innocent victims. By keeping control of the information and dis-information they disseminate.

WE KNOW THAT like all Liars, they fear the consequences & repercussions that comes with the truth, and it’s too much for them. They know they’ve gone too far. The truth’s now their number 1 enemy.
