The following reveals how a young female lawyer (April Grosse) from Bennett Jones became crooked & corrupted as a result of her many years involvement as an outside lawyer (2001 on) for the Calgary Police Service… And how that involvement, resulted in her being appointed (May 2023) to Alberta’s highest court ( the Alberta Court of Appeal ) as a sitting Justice.
Chief of police Mark Neufeld and (the now) Honourable Madam Justice April Grosse, will be unable to refute what is published below, as it is, the truth.
INNOCENT – IN A NUTSHELL:
In 2009 I was involved in a Law Enforcement Review Board {LERB} process that was corrupted by corrupt and crooked Senior Calgary Police officers and their cohorts. They successfully conspired to obstruct justice and have an outcome that resulted in the crooked and corrupt cops being found not guilty.
The lawyer for the crooked and corrupt cops was April Grosse. The Chair of the LERB was John Phillips, who also chaired the hearing. Phillips found in their favor and then in 2010 awarded a sum of Five Thousand Dollars to be paid by me to the Calgary Police Service.
In 2010, April Grosse filed that $5,000.00 judgment with the courts on behalf of the Calgary police, but neither of them, ever came after me for the money.
Because they knew, that the judgment was gained by criminal means (they were the criminals) and that by enforcing that judgment they’d be committing further criminal acts, obtaining monies by deception, fraud, and a multitude of other criminal offences.
FAST FORWARD 10 YEARS to JULY 2020: Calgary Police Chief Mark Neufeld so upset he can’t take down any of my websites, directed his legal department and Bennett Jones LLP to go to the Calgary court house and renew the 2010 $5,000.00 Dollar judgment that had now lapsed, and come after me.
Grosse could not do the application as in 2020 she was no longer a partner with Bennett Jones, but a sitting Court of Queens Bench Justice. So the application was made by Andrea Froese another partner at Bennett Jones.
After being served with the application to renew documents, I sent Andrea Froese, documents and materials clearly proving the judgment awarded against me, had in fact been gained by criminal means.
I also informed Froese, that if Chief Neufeld insisted on going ahead with the Application, I would provide the Courts with the same documents Froese now had, and also request that criminal charges be laid against Chief Neufeld and others involved, including April Grosse, for attempting to obtain monies by deception and criminal means, and have the $5000 judgment found invalid.
And that if I were Froese I’d let Justice Grosse know about the Application.
Very shortly thereafter the following document (In Bold) was filed at the Court of Queens Bench in Calgary, by Andrea Froese of Bennett Jones LLP, on behalf of Chief Neufeld and the Calgary Police Service.
By filing that document called a (SATISFACTION PIECE) Chief Neufeld, his lawyers and others, all acknowledged that the Law Enforcement Review Board hearing was wholly tainted and that the judgment awarded against John Kelly, was gained by criminal means.
SATISFACTION PIECE DATED THE 28TH OF AUGUST 2020 – TAKE NOTICE that it is hereby acknowledged that the Judgment in the amount of $5,000.00 plus post-judgment interest granted against the Respondent, John Kelly, in favor of the Chief of Police of the Calgary Police Service, pursuant to a Judgment of the Law Enforcement Review Board on April 9, 2010, and an Order dated June 8, 2010, in the within matter, is hereby satisfied in full, on the basis that the Applicants will not be pursing renewal of the Judgment granted against the Respondent, or payment of the Judgment. LERB stands for the Law Enforcement Review Board of Alberta. The LERB is supposed to be the watchdog that citizens can go to, when rotten cops are found not guilty of misconduct by their own corrupt professional standards section, their own corrupt Chief of Police and internal criminal network.
The LERB isn’t supposed to be another layer of the rotten cops criminal network. This is more validation, what I’d published then and still publish today, is the truth.
That truth is, that the Calgary Police, and their Corrupt Cohorts, have no trouble at all, manufacturing and fabricating investigation files. Those same individuals, will, when placed under oath and in jeopardy, perjure themselves without a seconds thought, and will commit as many crooked corrupt and as many criminal acts, as needed.
